Desert Safari

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. From the moment we embarked on the safari, it felt incredibly rushed. The pace of the activities and the itinerary did not allow for a pleasant and immersive experience. Instead, it felt like we were just ticking off boxes on a checklist rather than truly enjoying the beauty of the desert. Moreover, there was a distinct lack of time allocated for each activity. We barely had a chance to take in the stunning scenery or participate fully in any of the offered experiences. This left me feeling unsatisfied and as though I had missed out on what could have been a memorable adventure. Given this experience, I regret to say that I will be exploring other options for future desert safaris. It is essential for me to have ample time to appreciate and immerse myself in the natural wonders and cultural experiences offered by such excursions. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of your services for future customers.

The driver provided to us was a 3rd party instead of Rayna tours as they had other clients to looks after on the day. The driver Ghulam Nabi did not speak English properly, took us to an ATV place telling us it was included in the package and when we arrived there said it was an additional charge so he could get a commission. We had to pay Aed 1000 for 4 people for 20 mins of usage. I had told him earlier that it was not in our package and we should go straight to the sand dunes. He wasted 45 mins in the process. When we got the dunes, the tyre of his vehicle came out during the dune bashing within 10 mins. He wasted 20 mins to have this fixed and told us to go take photos in the meantime. When it was fixed we did another 5 mins of dune bashing before he said to get down in a crowded place to see the sunset which lasted for 5-10 mins. Then he started ot rush us to go to the camp. The camp was the only saving grace of the evening as we opted for the VIP package and the food was of a better quality. The free Henna service turned out to be chargable as the lady said she was done for the day when our turn came. We had to pay Aed 30 extra per person for the service. On the way back, he was reminded many times to avoid using his phone while driving. He nearly hit another car on the way. When we were giving him directions of where to go, he would not listen telling he knew the way. He played his punjabi music loudly and we had to ask him to turn it off. He was not friendly nor helpful in any way and spoilt the entire experience.

Tour was on the cheap, with some of the items "not available today". Once they have your details in their system you receive 5-7 spam emails per week. Despite 'click to unsubscribe' they just keep coming ever day. Will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
