  • Outside food and beverages (with the exception of bottled water) are not permitted in the facility or themed zones. 
  • The facility does not allow the carrying of sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards, large bags, etc. 
  • The attraction has prayer rooms, restrooms, a first-aid room, and a designated smoking area.
  • No heavy luggage is allowed during this visit.
  • Tickets can only be used for the selected date or the date will be printed on the ticket
  • The Light Show will be at 06:45 PM. last entry will be at 06:15. 
  • The ticket includes access to the Palace in Motion (Light show). If it takes place on the date of your visit
  • The last entry to the Palace in Motion (Light show) is 45 minutes before the show time.
  • Timings may change and are subject to sunset timings.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
  • Important update: On October 17, 2024, the light show will be privatized and will not be operational for regular guests.
