All bookings are made and confirmed by Grand Travel Market LLC, United Arab Emirates.
By booking a service with us and completing the payment you are deemed to have agreed to the booking terms and conditions. The services to be provided are those referred in details in the proforma invoice sent to you earlier.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that information provided for this booking, including names of the guests, number of adults and children (with their age), arrival and departure dates are correct.
All prices stated in the proforma invoice are in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are Net, inclusive of taxes and service charges. All the booking details mentioned in the proforma invoice, such as hotel name, room type, check-in and check-out date, number of guests etc. once confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled. Any inclusions mentioned, such as meal plan (Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board or All Inclusive), transfers, extra bed etc. are included in the total amount. Any supplements payable locally in the destination (e.g. Tourism Dirham) must be paid directly at the hotel.
Amendments and cancellations
Once the booking is confirmed and paid for, any amendments or cancellations will be subject to availability and acceptance of the service provider. Grand Travel Market LLC will not take responsibility for any changes in the confirmed booking details made by the guest. The guest will bear any charges and expenses related to any amendments, such as: number of adults/children, different room type, additional services etc.
If coming from outside of the UAE it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates. Grand Travel Market LLC will not be responsible if the client is unable to reach the destination due to any legal issues.
Errors & omissions
Although we have made every attempt to verify the accuracy of statement made in our booking documentation including website, vouchers and invoices, we cannot be held responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may occur.
Grand Travel Market LLC does not collect any data related to the credit cards used to pay for our services.
Should the client have a complaint of any form about our services, please use the provided contact details to communicate with us directly so that we can attempt to rectify the matter.
Grand Travel Market LLC reserves the right to cancel or amend the booking if the confirmed services cannot be provided due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control by service providers or local authorities. In this case, the money paid will be refunded to the guest’s original payment method.
